The IT Squad, LLC helps you gain the expertise you need on Altiris platform. We have experience that stretches back to when Altiris first became a company. We provide consulting, knowledge transfer and training on the Altiris platform.

The IT Squad is an online community of professionals who have experience with the Altiris platform. Formed in 2004, we have provided remote management services, IT consulting and training for customers all over the world. We provide Altiris-related consulting through our partners both as on-site service as well as remote consulting. As an organization who has been delivering Altiris-related services for many years, we have “been there-done that” with virtually all of the Altiris products. Among our projects include implementing Altiris’ largest world-wide Recovery Solution implementation to date, several Managed Service provider offerings for various companies as well as solutions for government and education customers.

We also work with our members and customers to provide training services. We currently have a number of offerings for live online training and webinars. Please see below for some of our offerings.

Introduction to Altiris 6
We offer a four-part seminar covering the basic areas of Altiris. This course is ideal for someone new to Altiris to become familiar with the key parts of an Altiris infrastructure. At the end of the four session series you will have an understanding of the key infrastructure pieces, how the communication takes place, the key solutions that make up the Client Management Suite, and how to configure them. Each weekly session lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. The cost for the whole series is $250. New series begins September 11.

Introduction to Altiris 7
We offer a four-part seminar covering the basic areas of Altirs. This course is ideal for someone new to Altiris or needing to come up to speed on Altiris’ new release. This series covers the key Altiris infrastructure pieces, how the communication takes place, the key pieces of the Client Management Suite and how to configure them. Each weekly session lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. The cost for the whole series is $250. New series begins September 11.

Introduction to Altiris Asset Management Suite
We offer a four-part seminar covering the basic areas of Altiris Asset Management Suite. This course is ideal for someone new to Altiris Asset Management. This series covers the key Altiris infrastructure pieces, how the data feeds into the system, how to establish relationships and associations and how to configure the system. Each weekly session lasts approximately 90-120 minutes. The cost for the whole series is $250. New series begins September 11.

Introduction to Workflow 7
Beginning October 8 – We offer a four-part seminar covering the basic areas of the Symantec Workflow product. We will show you the key components, work through several examples and provide you with a familiarity with the product, allowing you to utilize it in your own environment.
